It's also as diverse as it gets!
From chartered accountants working in design to history majors managing business roles and a few departments run by 'all women' teams, our philosophy to hire the right person for the role irrespective of their gender or orientation and then giving them the right environment to flourish is what drives us.
No surprises that our collaboration with Wild Wild Women, India's premier 'all women rap collective' to share our story - as we turned 10 - seemed like a perfect fit. Aptly titled 10 Saal Ki Kahani, the lyrics are an embodiment of our culture and our commitment to content.
