Here’s a look at how the charismatic group would be if they worked at Yellow Seed - The Content Company.


If you’re looking for the guy who knows how to play it smart, smartly – then he’s your guy. He isn’t into sharing food, but he’s absolutely down for sharing his ideas. While he may seem to be a guy who makes it up on the fly, that is just the tip of the iceberg.

As a brief walks in the door, he’s the first guy to ask it How you doin?’ before he even reads it completely. If you’re looking to gather a deep understanding about the audience that is the best fit for your brand, the themes that you must follow, their voice, tone and finally the format that they should be presented in, then this is the guy for the job as he’s charmed his way into everyone’s heart!


By far the most technologically savvy guy in the group, this guy is a jack of all trades (read content). He’s well aware that content is contagious, is fluent in sarcasm because words are his chosen weapon in every situation. From writing press releases and tight web copy to rich long-short format blogs and thought leadership articles, he’s done it all. Could it be any more perfect?

Knowing algorithms like the back of his hand helps him with SEO content and his command on trends lets him remain woke on social media. He can help create content that belongs to many languages – regional and foreign. In spite of all of this coolness, no one comes to him for advice.


This stylish gal knows people and how to win them over by perfectly nailing those first impressions. She’s also known to possess the scientific powers of storytelling and understand the psyche of the target audience as if it was her own, now that’s one trendsetter quality. Don’t be offended if she calls your brand a shoe and tells you how to make it into a hat.

If you ask her, what’s the secret of creativity, she’ll tell you just one thing - the best stories are the ones that touch a chord and then, leave the audience asking for more. She’s a pro at creating 360° Integration content campaigns for brands and often lends her seasoned touch to copywriting.


A natural leader of the pack, who is often heard saying – "you don’t tell me what to do, I tell you what to do". She’s quite efficient at giving purposeful orders. This is why, while the others work on the outside shell of communication, she centers her attention on the inside. She meticulously plans campaigns and content ideas of internal communications for employees of a company, that no one can refuse.

She is well aware that internal stakeholders are as important as a paying audience and this is why she is responsible for developing authored articles, award entries, emailers, newsletters, and other talent communication deliverables, designed to target the internal stakeholders.


No one loves documentation better than this guy right here. This is probably why he’s always harbored a contagious love for content that is not printed but shot. He is aware that a video, that starts with an idea leads to a script and finally becomes a memory, which will marry both brand recall and preference.

He ideates with concepts that may just belong to the time of dinosaurs but if anyone can deliver your message better than you desired, it is him. This is why his plate is always full of photoshoots, corporate films, and AVs as well as webisodes, scripts and storyboards. And, he does know how to shoot a pivot, errr.. we meant pilot!


By far the most flamboyant personality you would ever meet, ‘clarity’ is her middle name. She has to visualise every single idea to its completion. Just like her furniture pieces have a rich history, her design creatives also spring up from well-defined concepts.

She designs everything from social media posts, landing pages to campaign creatives. However, if you give her any design tips while she’s working up her magic on the artwork, take two steps back as she might yell – ‘this is brand new information!’ at you.

So, there you have it, six immortal characters that have graced our lives for the past 25 years! Each one finds himself or herself attuned to one philosophy at Yellow Seed and that is – We do everything we do, with a dollop of #awesomeness.
