Designing Offices That Speak Your Brand

Overview:
As part of the rebranding of a legacy brand and refreshed start as Zurich Kotak General Insurance, the ask was to transform the workplace ambience into a new, global design language, while retaining the local connect.
What We Brought to Life:
The new identity symbolized more than a corporate transition. It represented the creation of a shared ecosystem where two identities come together to build something stronger.
We translated this transformation into the concept “A New World”: a workplace that reflects the combined values, vision, and future of Zurich and Kotak. The office branding system was designed across three key themes:
1. Purpose
Storytelling walls communicating the organization's vision and direction.
2. Values
Visual installations across corridors and collaborative spaces highlighting the company’s core values.
3. Wellbeing & Engagement
Interactive design elements aimed at encouraging employee engagement and creating a positive workplace environment.
The result is a workspace that visually captures the organization's evolving identity while keeping the design flexible for future updates.
Impact:
The workspace now reflects the organization's evolving identity while creating an environment that celebrates the coming together of two global legacies.
By translating the merger into a spatial narrative, the offices across 20+ locations pan-India, became more than a workplace, it became a daily reminder of the shared future that Zurich Kotak is building together.

Overview:
For Bharti AXA Life Insurance, the brief was to bring their organisational culture to life within the workplace.
The objective was to visually communicate the company’s culture, working philosophy, core values, purpose, and guiding principles as everyday reminders for employees. Rather than appearing instructional, these messages needed to function as meaningful cues that employees could naturally absorb and integrate into their daily work.
What We Brought to Life:
We developed a visual storytelling system that translated the company’s key messaging into engaging workplace installations. The design approach focused on making cultural values visible and memorable across the office environment.
The branding highlighted:
1. Purpose & Philosophy
Design elements reflecting the organisation’s larger mission and guiding principles.
2. Values & Ways of Working
Visual storytelling that reinforces how teams collaborate, think, and operate.
3. Employee Value Proposition
Installations designed to celebrate and reinforce what the organisation stands for for its people.
The engagement covered the full journey from ideation and narrative building to design and end-to-end execution.
Impact:
The project resulted in comprehensive office branding across Bharti AXA Life Insurance’s corporate offices in Mumbai. The installations continue to be an integral part of the workplace environment, reinforcing the company’s culture and values every day.

Experiences Designed
for the Spotlight


Overview:
Pi Green Innovations was setting up a stall at Mumbai Climate Week 2026 to showcase their industrial decarbonisation solutions.
The objective was to design a stall presence that would clearly communicate their innovations while capturing the attention of visitors at a high-footfall sustainability event.
What We Brought to Life:
Given the stall structure was open on one side and enclosed on three sides, we designed a visual system that utilised each wall to communicate a key aspect of Pi Green’s offering.
The setup included:
1. Three Wall Banners
Strategically designed banners across the three enclosed sides of the stall to create a strong visual presence.
2. Product Highlight Panels
Dedicated visuals showcasing Pi Green’s Net Zero Machine and its role in reducing industrial emissions.
3. Solution Messaging
Clear communication around their after-treatment solutions for industrial boilers and how they help industries move towards cleaner operations.
Impact:
The stall successfully captured visitor attention at Mumbai Climate Week, drawing approximately 1,000+ visitors over two days and helping Pi Green showcase its clean-tech innovations to a highly relevant sustainability-focused audience.
